HOW TO ORDER

Wheelchairparts.net wants to make your shopping experience as easy and safe as possible.

Look through our on-line catalog to find the type of part you are looking for. We have included detailed information to help you find the right parts. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you still not sure which part is the one you need for you wheelchair. 

Be sure to click on the individual pictures and drop down arrows for more details and options.

Put the number of how many you want or what color or tire choice in the box, but please NOTE that some parts are sold in pairs and others are sold as each.

RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of purchase.

Return Requirements

  • All returned items must have a Return Material Number (RMA).
  • To obtain an RMA, please call 866-727-8626.
  • Returns cannot be processed without the required RMA number and may incur a restocking fee, depending on the circumstances
  • All items must be in brand new condition; used, scratched, or damaged items are not eligible for return. If an item is returned and is found to be used, damaged, scratched, or dirty, a refund will not be issued.

    Returns After 30 Days

    • In certain situations, we may accept returns beyond the 30-day window for store credit and a restocking fee.
    • Customers are required to call for manager approval and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
    • Failure to obtain approval for returns over 30 days will result in a restocking fee of up to 100%.

    Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Merchandise can be returned via the US Post Office, UPS, or FedEx, whatever is more convenient!
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will apply return to the original payment method for the purchase price of the returned items. Note that original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Customized Orders

    • Customized orders such as upholstery, cushions, and all other items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit, as they are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. Please ensure that measurements are accurate when ordering.
    • Customized wheels are also subject to this policy.
    • Special ordered items that are shipped directly from manufacturers, such as joysticks and other products, will incur a restocking fee of up to 30%.
    • All items must be in brand new condition; used, scratched, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    Wheelchairparts.net makes it a priority to protect your privacy. We will never share or sell the information we collect to anyone. The information we gather from you is used to fulfill orders and provide customer service.

    Occasionally we may use the information to notify you about important site changes, new products and offers you'll find valuable. If you prefer not to receive this information you can always opt out.

    When you place an order with Wheelchairparts.net we use a secure server. Our network is protected by a dual-layer firewall security system, making it virtually impossible for hackers or unauthorized users to compromise the integrity of our Web site.

    SHIPPING TERMS

    We ship all of our orders via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS standard and Priority mail from Southern California and we offer free shipping on orders over $100. Qualifying orders must be shipped within the Continental US. However note that the if the product is return for non-defective cause, there will be up to 25% restocking fee. Custom made orders, may not qualified for free shipping.

    Orders shipping outside the Continental US have special shipping prices. International orders are typically shipped via US Postal Service as prices as much more affordable than other carriers. 

    For orders under $100 there will be a $10.95 shipping and handling charge (within the U.S Continental).
