We want shopping for wheelchair parts to be simple, clear, and stress-free. Below you'll find information about ordering, returns, shipping, international orders, and privacy.

Return Policy at a Glance

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA), and items must be new, unused, and in original condition.

How to Order

  2. Click product photos and dropdown menus to view additional options and specifications.
  3. Select the quantity, color, tire option, or other available choices you need. Please note that some items are sold individually while others are sold in pairs.

Returns Made Simple

Here's what to know before sending an item back.

BEFORE YOU RETURN

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. To request an RMA, call us at 866-727-8626.

ITEM CONDITION

Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition. Used, scratched, dirty, or damaged items cannot be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Refunds & Shipping Charges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns on orders over $100 that qualified for free shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

In some cases, a return after 30 days may be approved for store credit.

  • Manager approval is required.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

Customized & Special-Order Items

Customized products, including items such as upholstery, joysticks, cushions, and custom rear wheels, are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or refunded.

Special-order items shipped directly from manufacturers may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Please double-check measurements, sizing, and specifications before placing customized or special orders.

Shipping Information

We work hard to get your order to you quickly and affordably.

  • Orders ship from Southern California via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the Continental U.S. Custom-made items are excluded.
  • Orders under $100 within the Continental U.S. have an $11.95 shipping and handling fee.
  • Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • International orders typically ship via USPS for cost-effective pricing.
  • International shipping rates vary by destination, and the standard $11.95 domestic shipping fee does not apply.
  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may be required depending on your location. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not associated with WheelchairParts.net.
