Put the number of how many you want or what color or tire choice in the box, but please NOTE that some parts are sold in pairs and others are sold as each.

We have a 30 day return policy from the date merchandise is purchased.

All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number. Please call 866-727-8626 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Special Order items are not eligible for returns. Upholstery will be made to your drawings and or specifications and cannot be resold. Please make sure measurements given are correct. Returned merchandise will not be processed without the required RA number and will be returned to the customer.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise may be returned by US Post Office, UPS or FedEx. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, credit will be applied to the credit card for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. The original and return shipping cost is not refundable.

Custom made orders will not be returnable or refundable. Also note that some items (e.g. rear wheels with solid or pneumatic tires (Spinergy, X-CORE, full size Wheelchairs, Scooters, Powerchair and other parts shipped directly from manufacturers like Joysticks and other items) will have a restocking fee of up to 25%. Orders for custom Upholstery or custom parts are not returnable or refundable. Items shipped directly from manufacturers my have higher restoking fees.


PRIVACY POLICY makes it a priority to protect your privacy. We will never share or sell the information we collect to anyone. The information we gather from you is used to fulfill orders and provide customer service.

Occasionally we may use the information to notify you about important site changes, new products and offers you'll find valuable. If you prefer not to receive this information you can always opt out.

When you place an order with we use a secure server. Our network is protected by a dual-layer firewall security system, making it virtually impossible for hackers or unauthorized users to compromise the integrity of our Web site.


We ship all of our orders via UPS Ground and USPS standard and Priority mail from Southern California and we offer free shipping on most orders over $100. Qualifying orders must be shipped within the Continental US. However note that the if the product is return for non-defective cause, there will be up to 25% restocking fee. Custom made orders, may not qualified for free shipping.

Orders shipping outside the Continental US have special shipping prices. Please ask us for a quote if shipping outside the Continental US (this includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). International orders are typically shipped via US Postal Service as prices as much more affordable than other carriers. 

For orders under $100 there will be a $10 shipping and handling charge (within the U.S Continental).
