Returns Made Simple
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase to give you peace of mind.
What You’ll Need to Return an Item

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.

To request an RMA, simply call 866-727-8626.

Items must be new, unused, and in original condition. Used, scratched, dirty, or damaged items can’t be refunded.
Returns After 30 Days

In some cases, returns after 30 days may be approved for store credit.

Manager approval is required, and a 30% restocking fee applies.

Returns sent without approval may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100%.
Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You may ship returns via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is easiest for you.
- Returns on orders over $100 that qualified for free shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customized & Special Orders

Customized items (such as upholstery, joysticks, cushions, and custom rear wheels) are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded.

Special-order items shipped directly from manufacturers may incur a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Please double-check measurements and specifications before placing customized orders.
