    Upgrade your wheelchair's front caster suspension with the JAZZ Adjustable Suspension Caster Fork by Omobic. Designed to absorb bumps and reduce vibrations, this lightweight aluminum fork provides a smoother, more comfortable ride across different surfaces.

    The adjustable suspension system allows users to fine-tune shock absorption based on rider weight and terrain conditions. An included adjustment wrench makes it easy to adjust the suspension, while the rear-mounted indicator displays the current suspension setting.

    Constructed from durable black anodized aluminum, these forks accommodate compatible 3" to 6" caster wheels and feature three 8 mm axle mounting holes for wheel positioning. Sold as a set of two, complete with wheel axles, spacers, bearings, mounting nuts, and an adjustment wrench.
