    Renew the left-side caster mounting connection with this bearing housing for a standard quick-release axle. It is a side-specific replacement for the 1/2" or 12 mm mounting configuration.

    The left side is identified from the position of a person seated in the wheelchair. Two mounting nuts are included, bringing the securing hardware together with the housing.
