    Product Description

    The Swan 16-spoke rear wheel combines a lightweight double-wall aluminum rim with a mixed spoke layout designed to balance side-load strength, rotational integrity, and everyday serviceability. This 25" (559 mm) configuration is built as a complete wheelchair rear-wheel set.

    Eight 12-gauge straight-pull spokes are positioned on the inside of the hub to support side-load integrity when the wheel is cambered, while eight 12-gauge J-bend spokes on the outside are cross-laced to support rotational strength. The open 16-spoke layout also makes the wheel easier to clean than higher-spoke-count designs.

    The aluminum hub uses 1/2" sealed precision bearings with an approximately 1.875" bearing-to-bearing width. A 6-tab black anodized aluminum pushrim is included. This listing is configured with PRIMO Sentinel.
