    This 22" (507 mm) 36-spoke rear-wheel set gives riders a clean foundation for building the rear-wheel setup around the tire they actually want. With the rims and pushrims already supplied but no tires included, the pair leaves room to choose the final tread, width, and tire construction separately.

    Each wheel retains the familiar 36-spoke wheelchair layout with the verified hub, bearing, and pushrim configuration listed below. That makes this set especially useful when the wheel itself needs replacement but the tire choice should remain flexible.

    Before selecting tires, compare the listed wheel diameter, bearing size, and hub width with the original chair. Final tire width and outside diameter should then be checked for frame and caster clearance.
